Using a metaphor in front of a man as unimaginative as Ridcully was like a red flag to a bu– was like putting something very annoying in front of someone who was annoyed by it.

Magrat gets married, except there's a Shakespeare ex machina and suddenly we're all midsummernight dreaming. Granny Weatherwax has some serious Speech moments where she tells us ex cathedra what to believe, but it's all good as always.
