The English Patient by Michael Ondaatje is a lyrical, slow, pain-ridden book about the trauma and separation and surreal life of people in and after WW2. It’s not really for me, but it wasn’t an unpleasant read, either.
I'm currently behind on reviews, so don't be surprised if the recent reviews are a bit sparse.
